SUMMER NEWSLETTER 2021

'Red Volunteer' Daylilies

In February North Texas experienced an historic Arctic blast, which made it feel more like a frigid Midwest winter.

In May we got a taste of the Pacific Northwest with days and days of rain (which I must say my daylilies didn't seem to mind a bit.)

And now in June, the real North Texas has finally returned, bringing with her a big ol' batch of heat and humidity.

No doubt the winter's freeze damage added some extra gardening chores to your plate, and all the spring rain has made any plants that did survive the freeze grow like crazy!    But summer has its own list of to-do's.
