Fall Newsletter

Even though 1980 and 2011 still hold the top spots for record heat and drought in North Texas, 2022 was no slouch in the hot and dry department!    I'm perfectly happy that we did not end up bumping those years out of their unpleasant positions, and I'm very grateful for recent rains and a little cooler temps.

So now that we've made it through what was, nonetheless, a very challenging summer, we can look forward to fall and get back to doing what we love.

Happy gardening this fall.....

Fall Newsletter 2021

It felt a little fall-ish this morning, and the arrival of the oxblood lilies (Rhodophiala bifida) tells me that it's not just wishful thinking playing tricks on my mind.

Fall is a great time to get back in our gardens and tackle the projects we've been avoiding because of the summer heat.

Here's my latest Fall Newsletter to help you get started.

Happy gardening...
